APPLICATION

The TUNS1200F series is a high-performance AC-DC power supply designed for demanding industrial applications, offering up to 1200W of power with various output voltage options, including 12V, 28V, 48V, and 65V. The module features universal input voltage capabilities (AC85 – 305V), high efficiency, and flexible options like remote ON/OFF control and output voltage adjustment. Its compact size and robust design make it suitable for bus converters and industrial equipment.

The TUNS1200F operates within an input voltage range of AC85 – 305V, drawing 14A at ACIN 100V or 6.6A at ACIN 200V. The power factor reaches up to 0.98 at ACIN 100V and 0.95 at ACIN 200V. Output power varies depending on the model, with the 12V model delivering 84A, the 28V model at 43A, the 48V model at 25A, and the 65V model at 18.5A. The power supply includes overcurrent protection, which activates at over 105% of the rating, and overvoltage protection for each voltage range. It supports remote sensing and offers remote ON/OFF functionality.

The TUNS1200F series complies with major safety standards such as UL62368-1, EN62368-1, C-UL (equivalent to CAN/CSA-C22.2 No.62368-1), ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1, and EN60601-1 3rd edition. It also meets the requirements for harmonic attenuation under IEC61000-3-2 (Class A) and is tested for vibration, impact, and a wide operating temperature range for reliable performance in harsh environments.
