APPLICATION
The TUNS100F series is an AC-DC power supply bus converter designed for a variety of industrial applications. It offers a compact design, featuring conduction cooling via an aluminium base plate. The series includes models providing 5V, 12V, and 24V DC outputs with up to 100W of output power, making it suitable for efficient, space-constrained systems.
The TUNS100F accepts a wide input voltage range of AC85 – 264V, with input current at 1.3A for 100V AC input and 0.7A for 200V AC input. It provides output voltage options of 5V at 20A, 12V at 8.4A, and 24V at 4.2A. The unit is equipped with overcurrent protection, which works above 105% of the rated load and automatically recovers. Overvoltage protection is set for each model at 6.3-7.0V for the 5V model, 13.9-16.35V for the 12V model, and 27.6-32.4V for the 24V model. Remote sensing is provided, and the power supply offers tight line and load regulation, maintaining stable operation in varying conditions.
The TUNS100F series is certified to UL60950-1, C-UL (CSA60950-1), and EN62368-1 safety standards. It also complies with IEC61000-3-2 Class A harmonic attenuation requirements.
