APPLICATION
The Cosel PMP06 Series is a 6W medical-grade DC-DC converter designed for compact and reliable power solutions in demanding medical and industrial environments. It features reinforced insulation for 300VAC working voltage, 3000VAC input-to-output isolation, and 2MOOP safety compliance with a 6.6mm clearance and creepage distance. Certified to ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 and EN60601-1 standards, it provides 2μA patient leakage current, making it ideal for medical applications.
The PMP06 Series supports wide 2:1 and 4:1 input ranges and offers single and dual output configurations with ±1% voltage accuracy and low ripple. Built-in protections include overvoltage, overload, and short-circuit safeguards with automatic recovery. It operates in temperatures from -40°C to +105°C, with derating above +88°C, and meets MIL-STD-810F for vibration and thermal shock. Its compact design, high MTBF of 4.7 million hours, and EMI/EMC compliance ensure reliable operation in sensitive applications, making it an excellent PCB-mounted solution for safe and efficient power conversion.
