PMM10

The Cosel PMM10 Series is a robust 10W medical DC-DC converter designed to deliver reliable performance in demanding medical and industrial environments. With reinforced insulation for 250VAC working voltage, 5000VAC input-to-output isolation, and a low patient leakage current of 2μA, it ensures adherence to stringent safety standards such as ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 and EN60601-1. The converter supports single and dual outputs and accommodates wide input voltage ranges of 4.5–75VDC in both 2:1 and 4:1 configurations, providing flexibility for various applications.

This series offers precise voltage regulation, low ripple and noise levels, and protections against overvoltage, overload, and short circuits. Operating temperatures range from -40°C to +105°C, with derating above +77°C, making it suitable for harsh environments. The device is compact and lightweight, featuring a non-conductive plastic case and flame-retardant silicon potting material for enhanced safety and durability. Additionally, it integrates an EMI Class A filter and meets stringent EMC standards, ensuring reliable operation in noise-sensitive systems.
