APPLICATION

The Cincon NCS01W8 Series is a highly efficient, compact DC-DC converter series, delivering up to 95% efficiency in a SIP-3 package format that is compatible with standard LMxx linear regulators. Measuring just 12.19 x 8.64 x 17.53mm, the NCS01W8 Series is designed for applications requiring minimal footprint and reliable power regulation.

Operating within a wide input range of 6V to 72V DC, the series supports a range of regulated output voltages from 3.3V to 24V, with options including 3.3V, 5V, 9V, 12V, 15V, and 24V. This flexibility is complemented by low output ripple and noise, making it suitable for sensitive applications.

Equipped with comprehensive protection features, the NCS01W8 Series includes Overcurrent Protection (OCP), Overtemperature Protection (OTP), and Under-Voltage Lockout (UVLO), ensuring device safety across various conditions. It performs efficiently in extreme environments, with an operating temperature range from -40°C up to +105°C, suitable for both high-performance industrial and telecom applications. Each model is EN 55032 compliant with external circuits, meeting EMI standards for both Class A and B with additional external filtering.

The NCS01W8 Series adheres to the IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 safety standard, ensuring suitability for applications in industrial control, measurement equipment, and computing environments. It is MIL-STD-810F compliant for shock, vibration, and thermal shock, and capable of operating up to an altitude of 4000 meters. With an MTBF of over 10,000 K hours (based on MIL-HDBK-217F), the NCS01W8 Series is a durable solution for long-term, reliable operation in diverse high-demand environments.
