APPLICATION

The FM10 and FM20 filter modules are compact, high-performance DC filter solutions designed for PCB mounting, offering reliable filtering for a range of industrial applications. With support for input voltages of up to 75VDC and a surge voltage capability of 100VDC, these modules are ideal for systems requiring robust filtering, particularly in applications involving half-brick and quarter-brick power supplies.

The FM10/20 module delivers up to 10A of rated current with a typical DC resistance of 11.5 mΩ, while the FM20 module supports up to 20A with a typical DC resistance of 9.5 mΩ. Both modules are housed in durable plastic cases with epoxy potting, ensuring reliable operation in demanding environments.

They feature a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +100°C and are suitable for use in applications where temperature extremes and space constraints are a concern.

With their compact dimensions—2.00 x 1.00 x 0.46 inches for the FM10 and 2.00 x 1.60 x 0.50 inches for the FM20—these modules are easy to integrate into industrial systems. Offering 1500VDC isolation voltage (Input/GND) and 500VDC isolation (Output/GND), these filter modules are well-suited for use in applications requiring enhanced electrical isolation and filtering efficiency.
