The EIRE300 open-frame AC-DC power supply is a compact, high-efficiency solution that excels in delivering robust power output within a slim 4” x 2” footprint and 1” profile. It offers a continuous 300W power output with an enhanced peak output of 375W when fan-cooled, making it versatile enough for various industrial, IT, and medical applications. With its impressive 95% efficiency and power density of 37.5W/in³, this series minimizes power losses, while delivering steady performance across a range of outputs from 12V to 60V, including adjustable standard options such as 12V, 15V, 24V, and 48V. This flexibility ensures compatibility with diverse voltage requirements.

The EIRE300 is engineered for seamless integration into industrial and medical environments, featuring critical design elements like 2 x MOPP isolation, low leakage currents, and a dedicated auxiliary fan supply. Its dual-line fusing, remote sensing, and AC_OK signal enhance operational safety and reliability, while its standby power consumption of less than 0.5W optimises it for energy-sensitive uses. Compliance with EMC Class B standards for both conducted and radiated emissions ensures minimal interference, making it suitable for applications demanding low-noise operation.

Certified for Class I and Class II equipment, the EIRE300 meets international medical safety standards and complies with industry benchmarks such as IEC 60335-1, IEC 61010-1, and IEC 61558-1, broadening its application to household, laboratory, and control equipment. The high-quality construction includes ultra-long-life electrolytic capacitors and a conformal coating for extended reliability, supported by a calculated MTBF exceeding 500,000 hours. It operates efficiently across a temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, even at altitudes up to 5000 meters.
