CHS120

The CHS120 series DC-DC converters from Cosel are highly efficient power modules designed to meet demanding industrial and electronic power conversion needs. Available in multiple output voltage configurations—3.3V, 5V, 12V, 15V, and 24V—the series delivers up to 120W of power, with output currents ranging from 4.2A to 30A. These converters support a wide input voltage range, with models accepting DC18-36V or DC36-76V, making them versatile for various power systems.

The CHS120 series is engineered with advanced protection features, including overcurrent and overvoltage protection with automatic restart, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Remote ON/OFF control with negative logic and remote sensing is included to facilitate precise control of output voltages. For models with external resistor configuration, output voltage adjustment is available to meet specific application requirements.

These converters deliver high efficiency—up to 93%—to ensure minimal power loss during operation. The series also boasts low ripple and noise, ensuring smooth and stable power output. Designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -40°C to +85°C, the CHS120 series is suitable for harsh environments.
