APPLICATION
The AEA1000F series from Cosel delivers up to 1,008W of output power, designed for medical equipment with both convection and forced air cooling options. It features peak output currents of up to 100A, depending on the input voltage and cooling configuration.
The input voltage range is from AC85 to 264V, with a frequency of 50/60Hz. Power factor is maintained at 0.98 for AC100V input and 0.95 for AC230V input. Inrush current ranges from 20-40A for AC100V input and 40/40A for AC230V input.
Output models include 24V at 42A (100A peak), 36V at 28A (66.7A peak), and 48V at 21A (50A peak) under forced air cooling. Convection cooling allows lower output currents. Ripple noise, line regulation, and load regulation surpasses standard limits, ensuring even more reliable performance.
The unit includes overcurrent and overvoltage protection, recovering automatically. Optional features include alarms for input and output voltage and auxiliary outputs (primarily designed for fans) of 12V1A and 5V1A in forced air cooling mode. It complies with various safety standards such as UL62368-1 and ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1, along with EMC standards including FCC Part15 Class B and CISPR32-B.
The unit weighs approximately 1.5kg and measures 50×127×228.6mm. It supports cooling methods of convection or forced air.
