Relec Electronics offer a wide range of chassis mount AC DC Power Supplies up to 3000W (3kW) in output power.  These include a range of industry-standard chassis mount devices in 3″ x 2″, 4″ x 2″ and 5″ x 3″ formats, many of which are optimized to fit inside a 1U high “pizza box”.

Many of the chassis mounting products listed below have advanced thermal management capabilities and we are able to offer expert technical advice on the optimal airflow required to keep the power supplies cool. Many of the products listed below are available with operation down to -40 degrees Celsius. The medical range are EN60601 compliant. For transportation and military applications, our Euro cassette products offer convection cooled and high vibration resistant products that can also be chassis mounted (using an optional kit).

Configurable power supplies give design engineers the opportunity to produce a multi-output power supply in a single, low profile, chassis mounting enclosure. We can supply configurable power supplies with 1 to 12 different output voltages from in case sizes ranging from 200W up to 1400W, for industrial and military applications, as well as medical applications meeting the requirements of EN60601. Relec holds stock of chassis cases and output modules, enabling us to configure a power supply to your specification and ship for next day delivery.

Open Frame AC DC Power Supplies

Our wide range of Open Frame Power supplies up to 1000W in output power.  Open frame power supplies come in 2″ x 4″ and 5″ x 3″ formats industry-standard footprints as well as larger U channel and PCB mount products. Many of the chassis mounting products listed below have advanced thermal management capabilities and we are able to offer expert technical advice on the optimal airflow required to keep the power supplies cool.
