How We Delivered a Tailored Solution for Advanced Medical Equipment

In the world of medical power conversion, precision is paramount. Recently, we encountered a fascinating challenge that tested our capabilities and underscored the importance of having the right medical configurable power supply. Our journey began with a call from a lead engineer at a company known for developing advanced medical equipment. They were in a bind: their latest device design required a power supply that could deliver more power than its predecessor while fitting into a smaller footprint. The specifications were clear yet daunting:

The engineer was sceptical about finding a medical configurable power supply that could meet these demands without compromising on quality or safety. 

Enter Martin from our sales team, a seasoned expert in power solutions. Martin knew that meeting these requirements would require more than just a standard off-the-shelf product. He quickly zeroed in on the NEVO+1200M from Vox Power, a medically approved configurable power supply that seemed perfect for the task.

The NEVO+1200M boasts a compact design without sacrificing power or efficiency, featuring intelligent fan control and extensive output voltage adjustment capabilities. Martin proposed two configurations:

  1. Configuration 1: Delivering 24V @ 30A (600W) and 30V @ 20A (600W), complete with a low noise fan—an ideal fit for the compact space.
  2. Configuration 2: A quicker, stock-available option delivering 24V @ 18.75A (450W) and 30V @ 15A (450W), suitable for immediate testing needs.

After thorough discussions, the customer opted for both configurations: one for production reliability and the other for immediate testing, appreciating the flexibility and robust performance of the NEVO+1200M.

In just a week, the customer had the unit in hand—a testament to our commitment to prompt service. The results were overwhelmingly positive.
