RELEC’s PCAP touch panel include solutions with noise immunity up to 32V/m which suit medical, industrial, defence and avionic applications. There are two main types of resistive touch panel, 4-wire, and 5-wire. Each consists of a two-layer construction for determining the X and Y coordinates, but 5-wire offering a better reliability and touch performance.
