Daylight Readable Open Frame Monitors

Relec’s newest offering in display solutions are a range of daylight readable open frame monitors. These monitors are an ideal solution for equipment manufacturers or integrators, who are looking for a quick and easy installation of a display or HMI into their equipment. These monitors offer features which make them the ideal solution for outdoor installations or in very rugged environments, features such as:

· IPS technology, for complete viewing angles

· High contrast ratios

· High brightness levels, up to 2000 cd/m2

· Optical Bonding

· PCAP touch panel with rugged thick cover glass, up to 6mm

· Wide operating temperature, up to -30 to +70

These monitors come in sizes of 7”, 10.4” and 12.1” (4:3 aspect ratio), each incorporating a HDMI input, a USB interface for the touch, an audio line output and automatic brightness dimming. Each also has VESA mounting points, and a flange plate, to suit various mounting methods.

Further modifications and/or enhancements are also available with these monitors, to further improve the performance and to personalise them, such as:

· Custom cover glass printing

· Surface Treatments

· Cable Assemblies

· Addition of films within the optical stack, such as EMC mesh

Design Support
