APPLICATION

The CHB200W12-72S CMFD Series is a high-efficiency 200W isolated DC-DC converter with a 12:1 ultra-wide input range of 14-160VDC. Designed for industrial and railway applications, it delivers up to 89.5% efficiency while maintaining stable, regulated outputs. Its chassis-mount, baseplate-cooled design ensures optimal thermal management, with an operating case temperature range of -40 to +95℃.

With reinforced 3000Vac isolation and built-in protections including over-temperature, over-current, over-voltage, and under-voltage lockout, this converter guarantees reliable operation in harsh environments. It is certified to UL 62368-1 and compliant with EN 50155, EN 61373, and EN 45545-2, ensuring shock, vibration, and fire safety compliance for railway and industrial applications. The built-in EMI filter enhances electromagnetic compatibility, while remote on/off functionality provides added control flexibility.

Available in 12V, 15V, 24V, and 48V output options, the CHB200W12-72S CMFD Series supports high-capacitance loads and offers output voltage adjustability. Ideal for railway, automation, and power distribution systems, it operates at altitudes up to 5000m and includes optional heatsink and DIN rail mounting configurations for enhanced versatility.
