APPLICATION
The Cosel PMP10 Series is a 10W medical-grade DC-DC converter designed for safe and efficient power conversion in medical and industrial environments. It features reinforced insulation for 300VAC working voltage, 3000VAC input-to-output isolation, and compliance with 2MOOP standards, ensuring a clearance and creepage distance of 6.6mm. Certified to ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 and EN60601-1 standards, it delivers a patient leakage current of just 2μA, making it ideal for medical devices.
The PMP10 Series supports wide 2:1 and 4:1 input ranges and offers single and dual output configurations with high voltage accuracy (±1%) and low ripple. It incorporates essential protections, including overvoltage, overload, and short-circuit safeguards with automatic recovery. Operating from -40°C to +105°C with derating above +77°C, it meets MIL-STD-810F standards for thermal shock and vibration. With a compact, lightweight design and EMI/EMC compliance for Class A and Class B, this PCB-mounted solution is a dependable choice for medical, industrial, and instrumentation applications.
