CHS400

The CHS400 series DC-DC converters are high-power, high-efficiency bus converters designed to meet the demanding needs of industrial and electronic applications. With power outputs of up to 397.5W, these converters are available in a wide range of output voltages from 12V to 48V, supporting output currents up to 26.5A. The series operates with a wide input voltage range of 18-36V DC, providing flexibility for diverse power systems.

Key features of the CHS400 series include remote ON/OFF functionality using negative logic (L: ON, H: OFF), remote sensing for enhanced voltage regulation, and adjustable output voltage via an external resistor. For models supporting 12V, 15V, and 24V output, an option for parallel operation (with 5-pin configuration) is available, allowing for increased output power by combining units.

The CHS400 series achieves high efficiency, up to 94.5%, ensuring minimal energy loss during operation. It is designed with robust protection features, including overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection with auto restart, and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. The series supports multiple cooling options, including convection, forced air, and conduction cooling, ensuring thermal stability in demanding environments.

Available with baseplate and case options for enhanced durability, the CHS400 series is compact and lightweight, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
