The HCA3500TF AC-DC power supply from Cosel is a fanless, conduction-cooled solution designed for high-power applications requiring reliable and efficient performance.
With a low-profile design (65mm/2.56 inches), it meets the 1.5U height requirement, making it ideal for space-constrained systems. Featuring a wide input voltage range from 180V to 528V AC (3-phase), this power supply is equipped with built-in auxiliary power (12V, 1A), parallel operation capabilities, and N+1 redundancy for enhanced reliability.
Delivering up to 3510W of power, the HCA3500TF achieves an impressive efficiency of 94% at 400VAC input and 65V output, making it highly energy-efficient. It includes built-in alarms, an ORing MOSFET for redundancy, and complies with SEMI F47 standards. Additionally, it meets global safety standards, including UL62368-1, EN62368-1, and CE marking, while also being RoHS and UKCA compliant.
The unit’s compact case size of 110mm x 65mm x 420mm and conduction cooling method make it suitable for demanding industrial environments, offering reliable operation without the need for fans.
