75W High Input Voltage DC-DC Converters

Relec Electronics is pleased to announce the introduction of the 75W High Input CQB75-300S Series high input voltage DC-DC Converters from Cincon. The CQB75-300S Series has an input range of 180 to 425Vdc (300V nominal) and outputs covering 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V & 48V. They have 3000VAC reinforced insulation as standard (EN62368 compliant).

The CQB75S-300 is the latest in Cincon’s high voltage family and now offers solutions including 75W & 150W (Quarter brick), 300W (Half Brick) & 600W & 750W (Full brick).

Modules have been designed to meet the requirements of distributed power architectures, telecommunications, data centres, base stations, battery operated equipment, electric vehicles, and industrial applications.

Table 1 shows the common input voltage requirements for typical applications which are suitable for the CQB75S-300 Series :

The CQB75S-300 family of dc dc converters is feature rich with highlights including:

Fixed switching frequency leading to simple EMC design || Efficiency to 90% || Fully regulated outputs

Low no load consumption (<10mA) || Fully protected – Over temperature, over current, over voltage and under voltage lockout.

Safety to EN62368-1 || Operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C || Shock and vibration to MIL-STD-810F

Output voltage adjustment of Vo from -20% to +20% || Series & redundant operation || Standard heatsinks available on request
